Look the Part. Land the Job.
Dress for Success
First impressions matter. Reentry Worldwide provides residents with professional clothing — suits, dress attire, shoes, and accessories — so they can walk into every interview and workplace opportunity with confidence.
What You Wear Sends a Message Before You Speak
For many returning citizens, the barrier to employment is not a lack of skill or willingness — it is not having the right clothes to show up. A professional appearance signals readiness, respect, and seriousness to employers. It changes how others see you, and just as importantly, how you see yourself.
The Dress for Success program removes that barrier. Every resident who is preparing for job interviews or entering the workforce has access to professional clothing at no cost. We believe no one should lose a job opportunity because they could not afford a suit.
What the Program Provides
Interview Suits & Blazers
Professional suits, sport coats, and blazers for men and women — appropriate for any industry and interview setting.
Dress Shirts, Blouses & Tops
Collared shirts, button-downs, blouses, and professional tops in a range of sizes and styles to complete a polished look.
Dress Pants, Slacks & Skirts
Coordinated bottoms including dress pants, slacks, and skirts to pair with jackets and tops for a complete outfit.
Professional Shoes
Dress shoes and professional footwear for men and women — because a great outfit is not complete without the right shoes.
Belts, Ties & Accessories
The finishing touches matter. Belts, ties, scarves, and accessories that pull an outfit together and project professionalism.
Everyday Workplace Attire
Beyond the interview, residents who secure employment can access business casual clothing appropriate for their first days and weeks on the job.
How It Works
Case Manager Referral
When a resident is preparing for job interviews or starting a new position, their case manager initiates a Dress for Success referral as part of their employment readiness plan.
Sizing & Selection Appointment
The resident meets with a program coordinator to select clothing that fits well and suits their industry. We take the time to find items that feel right — not just items that are available.
Outfit Assembly
A complete outfit is assembled — top, bottom, shoes, and accessories — so the resident leaves with everything they need to make a strong first impression, not just individual pieces.
Ongoing Access
As residents progress in their employment journey, they can return for additional workplace attire. The program supports them through the interview stage and into sustained employment.
"Confidence is not just something you feel — it is something you wear. When a resident walks out of here in a suit that fits, with their head up, you can see the shift happen in real time. That is what this program is about."
